Project comparisons become unreliable when every sales conversation uses a different frame. Begin by defining the few criteria that actually affect your decision: location, usable space, delivery confidence, total cost, daily life and exit flexibility.
Record verified facts separately from estimates and opinions. Ask what information is missing, who supplied each number and when it was last confirmed. This keeps a polished presentation from carrying more weight than evidence.
A useful comparison does not produce a universal winner. It makes the trade-offs visible enough for you to choose the property that best fits your own priorities.
